Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works when you order from Neatwell. If anything is unclear, email us at inquiries@neatwell.shop and we will reply within 24 hours on business days.
Accepted Payment Method
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). You place your order online and pay in cash when your package is delivered to your door. Online card payments, digital wallets and bank transfers at checkout are not available at this time.
Currency
All prices, charges and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
How Cash on Delivery Works
- Add your items to the cart and choose Cash on Delivery at checkout. No payment is taken online.
- We review your order and may contact you by email or phone to confirm your name, phone number and delivery address.
- Your order is packed and shipped. We email you a tracking number as soon as it ships.
- When the package arrives, pay the order total in cash to the delivery person.
Order Total
The amount you pay is the order total shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
No Extra Fees
There is no Cash on Delivery fee, handling fee or hidden charge. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay at delivery.
Paying in Cash
Please keep the exact order total ready when your package arrives, as delivery partners may not always carry change. Payment is collected at the time of delivery, and the package is handed over after payment.
Order Confirmation
Because payment is collected on delivery, we may confirm your order details before shipping. Please reply promptly. A delay in confirmation can delay your shipment. We may hold or cancel an order if we cannot confirm the details or if the information provided appears incorrect or fraudulent.
Missed, Refused or Undelivered Orders
Please make sure someone is available to receive the package and pay the order total. If delivery cannot be completed, or if the package is refused, it may be returned to us and the order will be treated as cancelled. No payment is collected for cancelled orders. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers with repeated undelivered or refused orders.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped. Email inquiries@neatwell.shop with your order number. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
Because orders are paid in cash, refunds are issued by bank transfer or store credit, whichever you prefer. Once we receive and approve your return, we process your refund within 7 days. Your bank may need extra time to show a transfer. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Pricing Errors
We work hard to keep prices accurate. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an obvious error, we may contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel the order before it ships. You will never be charged a different amount at delivery without being told first.
Payment Safety
Neatwell will never ask for your card number, bank login or password by email, phone, text message or social media. Your only payment is the cash you give at delivery. If you receive a message asking for payment in advance, gift cards or wire transfers and claiming to be from Neatwell, do not respond. Please forward it to inquiries@neatwell.shop and report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. You can learn how to spot common payment scams on the FTC Consumer Advice website.
